Dear sir/madam, you are having stage 2 hypertension. You are also on lifestyle modification. inspite your blood pressure is on higher side. Better to start antihypertensives for target bp control along with the lifestyle modification what u are doing now. consult your physician/cardiologist for further need. Regularly monitor blood pressure also. Hope u find this informative.
