Hello,

If apart from dizziness if you are having nausea or vomiting or any bleeding from ear or nose or throat, then you need to go for scanning of your brain. In your case, it is looking to be most unlikely to have the scanning, take adequate bed rest with good analgesics - NSAIDS. Don't blow the nose or a cough forcibly. Also, don't constipate. You will be alright in 1 to 2 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
