Why Am I Thirsty All The Time?

I have been on adderall for about a month now and have had a sore throat that will not go away for over two weeks. I drink plenty of water as I am thirsty all the time. What can I do other than stop my adderall as it really helps my add. I started at 10mg xr then moved to 15mg xr, then to 20mg xr in the am and 10 ir in the afternoon.

Hello,

It may be side effects of the drug. It may be due to diabetes insipidus or dehydration or diabetes mellitus. Get it done serum creatinine, serum electrolytes, blood sugar levels, urine examination and serum ADH. Review with reports and consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
