In case you are sexually active, I would advise you for a complete blood count, urine pregnancy test, a serum HCG and an ultrasound of the abdomen to rule out any pelvic pathology. If I were your doctor, I would first do a clinical examination of your abdomen before proceeding for the above, and the management would depend on the clinical findings and results of investigations. Till then, I might advise you for an antispasmodic drug for a symptomatic relief.
