Hello Ali!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
Feeling powerless and with no energy can be a symptom of various conditions.
If I were your treating doctor before to tell you that you are healthy and you don't need to worry I would try to exclude this conditions by performing some tests:

-Complete blood count to exclude an anemia(low red blood cells and low hemoglobin)
-Blood sugar to exclude either a Hypoglicemia or Diabetes (high blood sugar) because both these conditions can cause fatigue, feeling powerless etc .
-Thyroid investigation (TSH,T3,T4) because Hypothyroidism can cause symptoms like your's.

I suggest you to consult a physician and get this studies done in order to exclude pathological causes for your symptoms.
If this tests are normal your doctor can advise you to follow the right diet and give you some vitamins.

Hope it answered your query.
Take care.
