Hi,

If your palpitations are mainly related to eating, it can be caused by digestive system problems. It is common to have palpitations in case of gastric problems. I would advise you to refer to gastroenterologist to check if you have some problems. If everything is normal, then holter monitoring is recommended to find out the cause of your palpitations.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
