Your history is indicative of intestinal problems which can be Enteric infection with generalized constitutional symptoms hence giving the boils on the face. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get the tests of blood: CBC, Sugar, Widal, liver and kidney functions. Tests of stool and urine. Pus from the boils for gram staining and culture sensitivity. Get an appropriate antibiotic and additional symptomatic and supportive treatment. Get the review by your Doctor regularly and get treated any other medical problems found out during the course of investigations .
