Why Am I Having Nonstop Headache And Burning In The Neck?

I got a stand up MRI report that said I had thecal sac compression/bulged disc I've had a nonstop headache for a year now and all my laying down MRIs are negative. I also have burning in my neck when I lay down . Does this explain my headaches possibly, or explain anything

The MRI report does not explains your headache as a bulged/prolapsed disc has mostly nothing to do with a headache. Though in certain cases, when the disc is in cervical region, the headache might occur due to para spinal spasm occuring in cervical region. The burning in neck can be attributed to any nerve compression due to the thecal sac compression or bulging of the disc. This might lead to chronic neck pain with pain radiating to region.
