Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I have muscle pain in the forearms. This have been going on for about three days. It s an aching kind of pain and hurts when I use my arms to do much of anything. Lifting even rather light objects is somewhat painful. This is not a severe pain. Just a continuous aching.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement, Dr. Saurabh Gupta's Response
Hello, Thanks for your query. Pains that you have described are likely to be due to a muscular pain most likely caused by a wrong body posture. Taking mild stretching exercise will be helpful. Pain killers and muscle relaxants will bring a short term relief. You can do a hot fomentation and apply a local analgesic gel on the area to relieve the spasm.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
