Why Am I Having Hard Time To Talk With Swollen Glands?

Hi i have had RSD for 5+ yrs now and was just recently diagnosed with Coscochonditis. I am having a hard time even pushing air out to talk, is this normal? My voice is very weak and hoarse and my glands are swollen since last night. Is this normal? Thank you for your help. Shonny YYYY@YYYY

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hoarseness, with swollen glands indicates possible laryngitis, pharyngitis secondary to viral /bacterial flu.Reflex sympathetic dystrophy has nothing to do with your current condition.Voice rest recommended, steam inhalation and if no relief antibiotics might be needed.
