Hello, You have iron deficiency anemia. If you have been taking iron tablets regularly and still having the problem, then there is some problem with your iron absorption from the gut. There is no direct relatioship between iron deficiency anemia and shingles. But repeated episodes of shingles( herpes zoster) can occur in a person with impaired immunity due to any cause.
