General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your weakness vomiting mood swings sensitive to smell followed by brownish discharge with vaginal bleed and negative Pregnancy test I am suggesting that you have developed a hormonal inbalance possible due to high estrogen level

In view of this please do a pelvic scan and a hormone profile test and see your gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and drug treatment including a hormone replacement pills

I hope this helps Regards
