Hello,

Migraine and nose bad smell not connected to each other.

However, nose infection and ear infection can lead to headache and precipitate migraine.

If you have repeated migraine than prophylactic medication can be prescribed like topiramate or propranolol.

For abnormal smell from nose, I suggest consulting otorhinolaryngologist for rhinoscopy nose examination to check any infection is present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
