Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello. Congratulations on your new grandson. That the baby has already been examined and his movements deemed normal, is good news. A newborn baby will (should) be examined multiple times in the first month of life. If indeed there is a problem, it will be detected during one of these exams. In the meantime, feed the baby and show him lots of love, and let the parents (and grandparents) enjoy him.
