Why Am I Dizzy And Tired After A Head Injury?

I hit my head really hard earlier today (about 2 hours ago). When I hit my head it felt like I was bleeding, however I touched my skull and there was no blood. There is not even a goose egg. I also instantly became nausiated and dizzy however, I did not pass out. I am now still dizzy and extremely tired but afraid to take a nap.

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Initially, if you feel dizzy, no bleeding through ear, nose, gum bleed, no loss of consciousness or no headache then you are safe.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suneel, Internal Medicine Specialist
