Why Am I Developing Rashes In Areas Did Not Have Any Sun Exposure?

Have localized sunburn after sun exposure for three hours (applied suntan lotion three times). I'm 33 yr old female with very fair skin and red hair. The side that didn't burn on the top of my foot has now gotten swollen and I'm starting to develop rashes in areas that had no sun exposure (like around my belly button). Could the rashes where there was no sun exposure just be an overall overreaction of my body?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to history given here I could say that this could be hypersensitive reaction and this could happen even without exposing to sun, and this can be best treated with, Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
