Why BP Is High After Laundry And Cooking And Heart Races After Eating Carbs?

I m 56 y/o white female., about 50 pounds overweight. Have had C-section, gastric bypass, hernia repair and excess skin removal. Was dx w/panic/anxiety/stress disorder. Why would my BP suddenly go to 145/90 and pulse 136 when doing laundry and cooking? Why does my heart race after eating carbs?? My normal BP is 113/60 and pulse 65-80.
