General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

based from your description, it could be hidradenitis suppurativa. this condition usually occurs secondary to a follicular reaction with subsequent infection and abscess formation. it is best if you consult with a physician, preferably a general surgeon, for clinical evaluation. medical (proper antibiotic regimen) and surgical (incision/excision and drainage) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
