White Flaky Rash Under Neck And On Back, Smooth Area On Tongue, Taking Zertac. Had Stiff Neck And Fever
I have a white flacky rash under my neck and and about two inches long at the top of my back going down my spine. I thought it could have been meningitis because i had experienced stiff neck and high fevers before about 4 mounths ago. My tounge also will develope a smooth area then i will take a zertac for two days and it will go away.

It could be some form of dermatitis. If its red raised plaquee with scaling then it might be psoriasis vulgaris or Dry discoid eczema.
Apply Parasoft (white soft paraffin+light liquid paraffin) cream twice daily mixed with Tenovate cream for 2 weeks
take zyrtec 10mg SOS
