White Discharge When Think Of Sex. Urine Infection. Advised Adacip, Lantol, Citralka. Recommendations?

dear doctor i have one problem of my sex power
when i think about sex my penis drops white cells
and also when i goes for sex i have no timming its discharge in 1 to 2 minutes
i have test of my urine yeserday it have inficution
and i am using
tab adacip 500mg
tab lantol 30mg
syp citralka
test of urine is
colour yellow
ph alk
sg 1015
volume 5
abumin trace
w.b.c 15-20
rbc 00-01
ep cells 01-02

About urine,
Color yellow ( normally amber color,but due to water loss in sweating ,color may be slightly yellow,need not to bother.)
ph alkaline (normal)
albumin Traces ( normally nil),so get urine test 2-3 times more.I f still albumin in urine than cause of concern.
Volume normal
W B C 15-20 ( normally nil )
RB C s 0-1 (normal),epithelial cells normal.

Now white material due to sex thought ,normal in early young age.
Ejaculation 1-2 minutes ( when you will be habitual of sex the ejaculation time will be long).
Take it easy and normal.


If pus cells present in urine analysis mote than 2-3 than there is infection in urine.
Your urine report is normal.
