hello friend, The condition you are describing is known as seborrhoiec dermatitis. In this, one gets thick scales that is dandruff on head associated with scaling on back of ear and sides of nose. the condition is recurrent until you use antidandruff shampoo on regular basis. I would advise you to use some good antidandruff shampoo like Scalpe shampoo or Salisia KT shampoo to be used on alternate day basis till whole scalp is clear. Leave the foam for 4-5 minutes before you wash it off. Once it is clear, then also use it once or twice a month so as to have control on dandruff. in initial few days, you can apply Sternon S lotion on white scales daily till it is gone. Apply Eumosone M cream on sides of nose and back of ear once daily till it heals completely. For dark circles , melacare is not advicable at all. kindly stop it . first cause is important. do you put lot of strain on your eyes? how much is your hemoglobin? so kindly get your hemoglobin done and tell me about your occupation, kind of work you do If no cause is found, you can use some medications available with various brands like under eye cream twice daily for atleast 3 mnths.
