First simply if no any other symptoms then it can be because of muscular pain due to improper sleep or heavy weight bearing. Take simple analgesic for it. Second if associated headache, cold present then there might be viral infection.treat it symptomatically. Third if associated fever, cough etc .then infective etiology likely .chest x ray has to be done for it too see if any consolidation.
