Visit your nearby Hospital Emergency Room. X-ray Cervical spine needed. Could be disc prolapse or spondylosis. Orthopaedician there will give proper treatment.

from the above we will not get any idea
any way you consult one orthopedic doctor or even a good well known ayurveda doctor and get checked well with symptoms which should get support by x-ray or any other findings prescribed by doctor and take appropriate treatment
