Which Test Is A Correct One?

Sir,

Three months ago, the HSV1&2 Igg result was 5.1 Od ratio and HSV1&2 Igm was Negative.

But now I went for another blood test, the result are HSV1 Igg=0.13 (ELISA) , HSV1 Igm=0.4 (ELISA),

and HSV2 Igg=0.27 (ELISA) , HSV2 Igm=0.39(ELISA),

Which one should I believe. Till date I have no blisters, soars etc..

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
As you had no blisters or sores, the second test seems to be correct. HSV 1 and 2 test had been done separately and the results were well precised, take the 2nd test is confirmatory. Nothing to worry.
