Hi
First thing you should do is to have an x ray.You can get information of nasal bone damage from X ray.But if there is any further damage suspection after general examination and x ray then you can go for a CT or MRI.You can better consult an ENT specialist. If no fracture it can be soft tissue damage which will heal within some days. NSAID group drugs will gives you relief of pain and swelling.Ice pack application helps you to relieve your swelling in that case also.Let me know if you have any further query.
thanks
