Which Soap Contains Selenium?
I have tinea versicoli,i bought a soap from web md seversal years ago.it had selenimum in it.it worked great.I haven t had a flare up in years.i just seen 1 spot show up.and I want to order the soap.but cant find it on drug list.cant remember name of it.Thanks Sandra

Tinea versicolor is caused by a fungus which is present normally on the skin and it is not contagious. The mark caused by tine will resolve in 1-2 months.
You can use over-the-counter available Selenium sulfide, ketoconazole (if not allergic to any of these) shampoo/soaps to cure tinea.
