Which Protein Shakes Do Not Cause Stomach Ulcers?
Hi doctor. Im a 17 year old adolescent and i had some stomach ulcers when I was 15 months After that, I started drinking some whey protein shakes and the ulcers got active again. A doctor said It could be something that the protein shake has that activated the ulcer so I should check another type of protein shake. So I ask you what type of protein shake can I use?

Proteim shakes dont cause stomach ulcer. So there is no need to eliminate them from the diet u are currently taking.
