Which operation can be performed for hole in heart ?

om sai sir,my relative is poor she suffered heart problem by birth om sai sir,my relative is poor & she suffering to heart holl problem by birth still she tried to her dissies i try for operation of her holl of heart. here doctor advice me to do operation with umbrella what i can do

UMBRELLA IS DEVICE BY WHICH HOLE OF HEART CAN BE CLOSED, IT IS PERCUTANEOUS PROCEDURE.
ADVANTAGE OF DEVICE OVER SURGICAL CLOSURE - 1) NO SURGICAL SCAR MARK ON CHEST ( BETTER FOR FEMALE CHILD , IT MAY CREATE PROBLEM IN MARRIAGE LATER ON) 2) LESS RECOVERY TIME
but device closure is costly then surgical procedure
all charitable origination, govt hospital are doing surgical procedure in charity not device or umbrella closure
you have to pay for it
