Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different causes of dizziness and vertigo (the feeling as though either the person or the room is spinning).
It is commonly related to the inner ear.

The inner ear conditions are: (1) meniere's disease- episodes lasts minute and associated with hearing loss and tinnitus

(2) vestibular neuronitis- episodes lasts for hours

(3)BPPV- stands for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo- the episodes lasts seconds to minutes and vary with head position

She may want to see her doctor to determine the cause.

I hope this helps
