Which Food Group Is The Most Important In Food Pyramid?

Hi,
I am doing a project on the food pyramid and i was wondering if you could answer a few of my questions.
 
 
How accurate do you think the food pyramid is?
What vegetable group is the most beneficial?
Which food group do you think is the most important?
In you opinion, which group is the most difficult to follow through on?

Food pyramid serves as a basic guide to healthy eating. It tells you about the importance of foods in each food group in our diet. All are equally important because they supply various nutrients to our body. No food group is more or less important, only the proportion of each varies in our diet. Vegetables are important for fibre, vitamins and minerals but emphasis is more on non-starchy vegetables as compared to starchy ones. In my opinion, the fruits and vegetable group is the most difficult to follow as foods from this group are mostly lacking in our daily diet. Hope I have answered your questions satisfactorily.
