Hey! I'm short height girl 5.1 inches and my weight's 45 kg not really fat but i wanna workout to make my body shape more good i'm thinking to join gym from next week which exercises are good for me to do daily there and also i wanna increase my height i hope you'll help me out thanks.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. 5 feet 1 inch is pretty good height. But it is good that you need to grow more in height. If you have crossed 20 years, then your long bones would have been fused and it is not possible to grow further as it would be complete. However, if you are less than 20 years, it is still possible to achieve an increase in height. Take protein supplements and multi-vitamin supplements regularly. Eat healthy food. Avoid eating junk. Swimming and skipping are the best exercises recommended to increase in height. All the best.
