Which Cream Removes Dark Spots?

I am a black female and I have a lot of dark spots left on my face from acne. I've been using pure aloe vera gel on my face which has stopped any pimples from emerging, but now I just want to know the best cream and/or products that I can use to remove these spots as quickly as possible

Hi,

Welcome to HCM..

You seem to have post acne melanosis on face. You take all precautions to prevent the relapse of acne. For relief in pigmentation, take glutathion containing tab. for long time. Vitamin C and nicotinic acid tabs may be added. Appliction of kojic acic,vitamin C and arbutin containing cream might benefit. You consult dermatologist and take treatment under his observation. Avoid sun exposure. Sun screen gel may be used to protect from sun. I hope you got my answer.
