There is no restriction on fruits and vegetables at any time in life...so..dont worry and get going and gulp whatever fruit and vegetables you like...unless you are a diabetic...if you are a diabetic, better consult a diabetologist..

You may eat any fruits and vegetable you like. Keep high calorie fruits like banana, orange, grapes to not a high consumption, Consume more fresh green leafy vegetables in salads, spinach, brocolli etc. Drink plenty of water.
