Hi,

Your urine report shows the presence of pus cells and blood. It should be evaluated further with urine culture report and USG pelvis.

The hb level is down and it can be due to nutritional deficiency.

For that ferrous ascorbate, the tablet can be prescribed. TT the injection cannot lead such urine reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
