When Should I Test My Blood Sugar Levels?

how much gap for testing of blood sugar after waking. I am also detective blood sugar FASTING 146. I am walking daily 9 kilometer for the last 20 days. Now, I checked level 158 fasting Blood sugar. My question is that how much gap between walking and checkup of blood sugar

The sugar level can be checked when the effects of walking on the body seems weaning or in other words you are feeling comfortable with your pulse & respiratory rate.This is necessary to rule out any effect of extra secretion of adrenaline which affects the level of glucose.
