Hi,

Looking at the information on you provided, it seems you haven't planned your weight loss program properly. You should plan your weight loss program. This includes your exercise, diet, sleep and supplementation. you need to be consistent and goal oriented. Your calories intake should be around 1200 calories per day. Divide portions of your meal into smaller parts and take it every 3 hours. You can refer my blog for diet and exercises: http://blog.defineaesthetics.com/reduce-weight-by-natural-ways/
You can also opt for other alternatives like surgeries and weight loss treatments. Some Treatments like lipolaser, HIFU, Acoustic waves are non surgical and are painless.
