Hello and welcome to HCM,
In women suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), it is required to find out the time of ovulation for the conception to take place successfully.
The treatment for PCOS is aimed to stimulate ovulation and the time of ovulation is detected by follicular study.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your treating gynecologist to perform follicular study.
The follicular study will determine the time of ovulation and thus conception can be planned accordingly.
Before follicular study can be started, it is important to ensure that the treatment for PCOS is effective.
This is carried out by determining blood levels of various hormones- LH, FSH, testosterone and blood glucose levels.

Thanks and take care
