When Do Periods Begin After Taking Deviry?

Hi doc my lmp was on 4th febuary 2018 till date i hv missed my periods...earlier doc ask to me consume deviry 10mg and said you will get periods in 10 days...however still unsatisfied i did beta hcg which was normal later asked to chk tsh prolactin which was normal n ultra sound in which endometrial was 17mm... everything is being shown normal so doc again asked to consume deviry 10mg today was my first tablet however i got bleeding lightly now what should i do
