When Can Lesion In Prostate Be Operated When Suffering From Diabetes?

hi , my father is having diabetes and is suffering from hypoechoic liesion in prostate due to infection. His operation have been recommended. Currently is creatine level is 3 and urea is 71. Is it right time to go ahead with operation. His hemoglobin is 7.9 ( got reduced during treatemnt). less rbc count is seen. Currnelty he is taking CRESP injection once in 15 days . Has completed 2 dose of same. can we plan operation in current state

Dear sir considering your metabolic condition it is nor advisable to under go surgery.let the haemoglobin improve up to 10 at least.you can consider blood transfusions for that.
