hi,

the lower limb plaster takes from 6-8 weeks depending upon the injury. if the ortho finds it is healed then he will surely remove within the duration of 6-8 weeks.

post that you can perform some small exercises like ROM exercises, static quadriceps and static hamstrings, straight leg raise and ankle toe movements.

I hope this will help you regain the strength and perfrom well.

I wish you a speedy recovery and a bright future.

thank you
