When I urinate, I am a male, 59 years, healthy, there is slight stinging....no visible discharge or other symptoms. At night, I may urinate only once a night....in a typical night of eight hours sleep. During the day....I will urinate perhaps five to six times in a day....other days....maybe only once or twice. Lately, I have been drinking more coffee and than usual while on an intensive one week, professional development training course.
