General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Ecosprin 75 mg i.e aspirin is an ANTICOAGULANT , ANTIPLATELETS & FIBRINOLYTICS agent.
In miscarriage sometimes a clot may remain attached with uterine wall ( blood clot formed due to miscarriage ).
Your doctor prescribe this drug for complete cleanness of uterine wall and as just a precautionary step , nothing more than this . So take this drug according to prescription.
Good luck.
