Iam 41 years old. my blood work looks good. my ultrasound looks good. whats the most amount of blood in urine to be concerned about ?

It could have been due to infection or calculi.If its not present anymore or becomes less than nothing to worry about.If the blood is more frank than you need antibiotics.
