What Would High Calcium, Albumin And Absolute Metamyelocytes Indicate?
My comp metabolic panel shows high calcium at 10.9, high albumin at 5.5, high absolute metamyelocytes, low absolute monocytes at 182, low absolute eosinophils at 0, high metamyelocytes at 1.0, a WBC at 9.1, Red blood cell count at 3.90, and hemoglobin at 13.8. The MCV is high at 106.8, the MCH is high at 35.2, the platelet count is low at 103. What does all of this mean conjointly?

Metamyelocytes suggestive of infection and shift to left if count not markedly raised.
High calcium can be present from bone resorption or hyperparathyroidism, drug induced etc like causes.
Kindly provide me report to comment further.
If Metamyelocytes like premature cells are very high than we have to think further
