What Would Extra Flesh Between Armpit & Breast Be?

I have a large sagging hunk of flesh between my armpit and my breast (maybe 3 inches by 4 inches). My bra pokes into it, but this is the only painful parts. It can be mashed with no discomfort. There is a much smaller area like this on the other side (it barely sags, while the other one can be rolled around).

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query and a proper description.
This can be a lipoma or extra breast tissue. This is confirmed by ultrasonography and /or mammography.
Only if there is a suspicion , this mass can be excised in toto and sent for biopsy. You get a benefit of removal of the mass and most important the ''doubt''.
As also the poking of bra into this tissue.
If no suspicion- you have to have a regular followup and FNAC = fine needle aspiration cytology .
