HI welcome to HCM. The normal blood pressure for your age and sex is 110-140/60-90mmhg.The minor fluctuations in your case can be attributed to the inherent anxious nature of yours which is reflected as white coat hypertension. You are currently following an excellent regime of physical activity.I strongly recommend you to have screening 2D Echo and a base line EKG on semiannual basis, with regular monitoring of blood pressure. Restrict salt intake to less than 5 gm /day.Have a good stress management.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. THank you
HI Well come to HCM The normal average calculated Blood pressure is 120 systolic and 80 diastolic mm/Hg your blood pressure is absolutely fine, better not to measure this on and often for no good reason, ideally this need to be measure by the physician, Whit coat syndrome only happens when you are before the physician, take care.
