What Type To Doctor To Visit For Lumbar Spondylosis?

Hi, Doctor. Could you please tell me what type of doctor I should see for lumbar spondylosis? I have been diagnosed with mild lumbar spondolysis, took pain medications which didn't help, went through few sessions of physical therapy which didn't help either. Thanks.
