Hello,

Vascular ectasia may cause abdominal pain, bleeding and anemia. Anemia may lead to palpitations and weakness.

If bleeding loss is heavy, then consult your Gastroenterologist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly. You may need vascular ligation or ablation through endoscopy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
