What Type Of Mental Problem Could A Person Have Who Smears Feces On Floor Of Bathroom?

Roommate is now smearing feces on different surfaces of the bathroom. There are times where feces and urine are found inside the bathroom sink. What type of mental affliction could this individual be suffering from, and how can I help in presenting a solution to this dilemma?
