Hi
I read carefully all your concerns.
I would like to say that this disease (Protrozion) is common but not heavy disease.
If I were your treating doctor I will recommend you :
-increase your physical activity (swimming)
-if you feel pain you can use painkillers like ibuprofen
- to use collar to immobilize your neck.
If it is not enough please consult orthopedic specialist
Wishing you fast recovery
